Program Fees

I would love to speak at your school, library, or conference, and I work hard to make everything go smoothly and as simply as possible. I make my own travel reservations, arrive early, and bring my own sound equipment. All you need to provide is a table to set my books on, a glass of water, and kids!

First day:	$1500
Each additional day:	$1300
45-minute Online author visit:	$250

For in-person author visits, I also charge for travel expenses (airfare, hotel, and rental car), and I guarantee a maximum of $300 per day for travel, even if my actual travel expenses are more than this. You may also share a day and split the cost with another area school.

Schools use a variety of sources to sponsor my programs, including Title I, district, PTA and GATE funds, and grants from local business groups. Moreover, I offer a 20% discount and free shipping for quantity book purchases, making it possible to defray some or all of the cost of my visit through student book purchases.
