I Sort of Have the Sniffles

I sort of have the sniffles.
It seems as if I’ll sneeze.
It slightly I’m showing signs
of some disorder or disease.
It could be I’m contagious.
Perchance I have a chill.
It’s feeling like a fever.
I’ve an inkling that I’m ill.
I might have mild myalgia.
I’m probably in pain.
It looks as if I’m lately
more susceptible to strain.
The likelihood it’s lethal
is maybe minuscule.
But why take any chances?
I’ll be staying home from school.
